Unfortunately, it's no exaggeration to forbid to sell a tallit with tzitzit to a nonJew since then they may dress up as a Jew and use that costume in a terrorist act.
I believe it has been done, such as terrorists dressing up as frum Jews and offering a car ride. |

there was a movie I was told about once, a while ago involving a whole bunch of goons dressing up as chassidic jews and robbing a diamond merchant of a huge diamond... even since then I've taken this halacha a bit more seriously.)
