Lately I've seen quite a few girls wearing grey tops and black skirts and even a girl wearing a grey skirt and a black top!!!!

nah, balck and white is in style as well now. but i still see plenty of girls/women with black head to toe (literally)

I have not seen any white.


Oh, sure, but slowly we're seeing the erosion of all black. (Unless this is just for the summer and come fall we'll return to our regularly scheduled program.)

Dunno, none of my very very very frum friends wear all black. They wear a light colored type shirt and black/navy blue skirt.

I know. When I first saw it I thought it was a fluke. But then I saw more of them and I knew it had to be a trend!

I think the all-black look is exclusively a NY thing. I see color all the time and rarely see all-black during the week. Like others said, black and white is very in, but I see plenty of other colors too (during the week).

My mom claims she noticed it at weddings-girls were wearing colorful dresses. I also noticed a lot of gray recently. Nice observation.

Here in London it's considered a little dull if you wear black all the time. I go according to the weather. At the moment we are getting cool rainy days so I wear black and white. When the sun is blazing I always come out in colors.

But I do love the black and white look.

I have also found more brides wearing color- like a white dress with a colored sash. Not my taste.

I do it too. If it's dark outside, you wear dark colors. If it's rainy outside and you're going to be wearing a jacket, it looks funny to wear light-colored shoes and a light-colored outfit!
