A blur of different colors,
both people and cars It was hard to tell who's coming and who's going. In the park, she just sat there. Then looked up at the bright sky and the leaves that rustled in the cool wind. Trees makes excellent scenary, she thought. Looking out of the window at home, the sky was orange and pink. Purple followed, then medium blue and finally, dark blue. She runs errands like others but also enjoys the moment. -------------------- |

very well.
A blur of different colors, (try a various blur of colors: people and cars.) both people and cars It was hard to tell who's coming (It is difficult to tell who's/coming or going - try not to repeat words in a stanza) and who's going. In the park, she just sat there. (if you said, "She just sat in the park" it would carry the rhyme better from "cars".) Then looked up at the (looking up at the sky) bright sky and the leaves that (the leaves rustled) rustled in the cool wind.(from the cool wind)[/i] Trees makes excellent scenary, [color="#696969"](scenery*) she thought. Looking out of the window at home, the sky was orange and pink. Purple followed, then medium blue and finally, dark blue. (i don't like the repetition of blue. i'd say, Purple emerged, followed by blue: medium at first, then navy in hue) She runs errands like others (Just like others she performs errands/but enjoys the moment as well - has a better rhyme connotation.) but also enjoys the moment. please take the above with a grain of salt and realize it all boils down to personal preference. overall an enjoyable read. -------------------- |
