1. Old Navy has these really comfy, sweat-skirts for around $19.50. If you're 5'2-5'6 tall, you should get a size bigger than you normally would, so that the skirt will cover your knees by a few inches.
They're not on the website yet, but they're running out quickly... 2. There's also the fold-over skirt for $14.50, that is now on the website.  Sooo...hurry up and get 'em!  ETA: skirt #1 looks like:

-------------------- My dog doesn't lick his own butt. He doesn't eat poop or step in it. I'll concede that he does smell other dogs' butts and he does lick "himself." I'd prefer it if he doesn't lick me right after that, so I employ a few minutes of buffer time between licking other things and me and I try to get him to drink some water too. - VLG

I got it on sale on their website last year for $3. It is VERY unflattering. Still have it cuz it wasn't worth returning, but if you are 'of size' at all, and have any of said 'of size' in your hips, it may be comfy, but for the sake of all onlookers, please don't get it!

I wore the skirt (the first one; not the one in the picture) alllll day, and it's super comfortable! Y'all are missing out
