Anyone have a quick, easy and tasty recipe for chicken bottoms?

Thanks

If you're going to use bottled junk I much prefer either barbeque or duck sauce.

But, to me baked chicken tastes fine with no sauce or dressing at all... just a layer of onions on the bottom of the pan.

I love roast chicken, and there's a super-easy recipe for it that's tender and juicy and really yummy. It's basically a spice rub with salt, pepper, cayenne, oregano, basil, and paprika mixed together and spread on top of the chicken (which has been washed, patted dry, then shmeared with a little olive oil). Throw it in the oven at 450 for 20 minutes, then turn the heat down to 400 and bake an additional 40 minutes. I like to pair it with scalloped potatoes or stuffing, or sliced onions and potatoes (and maybe celery and carrots).

Do you mind detailing which herbs you use?

I like chicken dipped into Italian dressing and then into corn flake crumbs.

I actually know more people who have duck/bbq sauce than salad dressings.
