Brooklyn is bigger than just that area of Coney..and if the houses there have anything to say for themselves (not to mentioned the kids I went to school with that didn't blink an eye at dropping 2.5k every weekend at Bergdorf's), this shopping should be affordable. GM is overpiced (not to mentioned cramped and smelly). But they took advantage of the fact that there weren't that many other places to get meat in the area.
