Sounds like fashion rather than a true trend towards modesty, which I hope it is.

Correction: There is no such thing as a trend that is tzniyus. If it is trendy, that itself makes it immodest!!!

What's your definition of "trendy"?

Does "trendy" only exist in the secular world or can I say that the fact that most of the teenage girls at my shul have shoulder-length hair pulled back in a ponytail means that that's a trend?
