Yup. I was sued (by a non Jew) for a car accident I was in but I never actually had to show up. He was awarded $15k or so four years after the accident, two years after he started proceedings because he was in another accident as well and it took that long to determine which injuries were from which accident. The accident was my fault and I feel terrible that he was hurt because of me but if the second accident was anything like the first he really lucked out!

11 years ago, I sued my non-Jewish upstairs neighbor. She was very noisy, driving me crazy, and really had an attitude. Once I sued her, she moved out and I then got another bad neighbor in. So, a classic Pyrrhic victory.

I've been sued by the Jerusalem Municipality for not paying parking tickets, I didn't even KNOW about the proceedings and in the end they just stole it out of my account 
(they didn't used to be able to do that).
A few cases that I submitted and we settled out of court.
Oh and I currently have 3 suits pending against the Israeli Police for "false arrest"...

Never so far BH. I translated a lawsuit for someone recently though. His tenants reported him for illegal building in his apartment building and he wanted to counter sue them for reporting him, and to have them pay his legal expenses.
