I have some photos in the other thread. I actually have a Food folder in my pictures folder.
This is a baked ricotta 'omelette', nice and light.

Salmon with Zucchini. ![]() it looks good can i have a recipe please -------------------- “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Small onion
fresh chives ground ginger zucchini salmon fillet salt pepper Soyaki lime juice Sautee onion and chives. Add Zucchini. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and ginger on the vegetables. Meanwhile, slice the salmon and sprinkle with the lime juice (this will get rid of the fishy flavor). Add the salmon one the zucchini starts to soften and cook till it's no longer raw. Add the Soyaki and some pasta if you'd like. -------------------- "Evereything in moderation (except beer)."

They are amazing, but they are continuing to make me feel more and more incompetent.

Here FYI, mine are still in pots! It still looks better than most food I make. Bli neder I will try and take pics (with my broken camera if it's having a good moment) so you can see what 'real incompetent cooks' food looks like. -------------------- Many people wish they could change their life, when all they really need to do is change their attitude towards life. - Sharon

Shuli, post your cakes and delicious baked goods. b"n I will try and snap some pics if I do any baking over the next week. Though I hate having the apartment hot from the oven, it's really therapeutic and I could probably use the unwinding... She's talking to BroadwayFreak, not Bluelaptop (I thought the same thing as you at first). D'oh! -------------------- |
