I went on Dec. 14. NIRC, youre missing the point -- this is Miami and Dedi show, not a Dedi and Miami show. You liked Dedi but have nothign to say about MBC???

They happen to have great voices and Yerachmiel Begun is one of the best composers of all time. Every cd he comes out with (with the exception of the most recents) is spectacular. Most of the famous songs we all know and love today are either Carlebach or MBC.

One of the busses from my school has a tape deck so one day the girls on the bus got the driver to put in MBC. He kept on saying that the "little girls with the beautiful voices make me feel so spiritual" :D

haha, I knew I'd get in trouble for saying that. But note I didn't say their music was bad. I just wish they would have some regular adults sing it, instead of little girls...er, boys.

What fun is there in an adult choir? MBC wouldn't nearly be as famous as they are today if it was an adult choir.

Yes I went. And this concert wasnt nearly as good as other MBC concerts I have been to. A little disappointing, but the new album isnt. I love it!

I thought Yerachmiel was arrogant, stole the spotlight and in general managed to turn off the audience. Dedi was great and the opening act which was twins who just came out with a tape was excellent, but MBC was very disappointing. And I was a big fan of MBC as a kid, but the song quality has gone downhill in a major way.

The twins havent come out with a tape yet -- its coming purim time iyh -- but the twins are outstanding.

NOTHING comes close to MBC in the 90's -- that was the golden era. However, I still enjoy their performance. Maybe it's because I have a personal 'spiritual' connection with the choir's music and I 'know' some of the boys online...
