I was looking for a US-Israeli one but I found one but I can't edit it.
How about an Israel flag with a big H in the middle?

Dear Kitty,
I am torn on this issue.
I understand that you shoudn't be "looking" at the israeli flag, but you cannot make others change their avatars because of your kino'osdige beliefs.
But I have a differnet point to make.
Judging by the way your beliefs are being ridiculed by the other people here -- which is part and parcel of hashkafah.com -- dont you realize one thing? SHELTERED PEOPLE LIKE YOU (and me) DO NOT BELONG HERE.
Chasidim will forever be misunderstood, ridiculed, and poked fun at.
As I explained to my sisters in law at last night's party, I'm finding it harder to believe that chasidim and misnagdim both belong to the same religion. we think differently, do things differently, and even believe in things differently (although we worship the same G-d).
So Kitty.... either get used to the way h.com is run, and accept other ppl's beliefs, or do what I do.... slink off quietly.

All you people that are afraid of seeing Israeli Flags, Crosses, cats, etc., you can change your settings so that you don't see any avatars period. If you need to see the avatars so that you can recognize who's posting without reading their screename, there's a price to pay. That price is putting up with ALL the avatars on the site. If an avatar is really inappropriate, I'm sure our ever-vigilant Nechama will remove it herself.

I didn't know Hashkafah.com was only for non-chassidim. I just learnt something new today.
Thanks, Mindy. I think I'll just hafta do just that. But before I do, let me just finish up here

You all are idiots.
Not that I think your views on the flag are dumb, but...
you can edit your personal settings to not show avatars.
The end.
Everyone is happy.

I was kidding about covering the side of the screen, as I knew that it was possible to avoiding seeing avatars. However, we would really like to know what is so terrible about LOOKING AT the Israeli flag

lol.
I'm going to close it, because, well, its dumb.
This would have been handled much better had you just PMed me to begin with. Solving issues, thats what I'm here for.
And next time, avatar threads belong in the avatar sub-section.
Nothing like waking up to a battle thread in the wrong section.
