I'm sending out resumes to public schools for jobs and I only got 2 responces. Did anyone ever go through this? What do schools do when they need teachers yet the administrators are on vacation? do they hire people the last week in August?

Some schools pick up but some dont. I had my resume looked over by a teacher who knows what she is doing.

maybe show it to someone else to be sure? i am always amazed how bad some people's resumes are even though they think it's fine.Some schools pick up but some dont. I had my resume looked over by a teacher who knows what she is doing.
