excluding erev and motzi tisha b'av, where the menu will probably be a hearty potato soup, cottage cheese, cake, fruits & veggies, there are five parve /milchigse supper nights.

my main courses will probably be:

Eggplant parmigiana
Tuna patties
Tomato fish
Fish sticks
fried white fish or baked salmon
with the usual side dishs of potato, pasta or rice.

Entrees can be the same I use for fleishigs, since they are all parve.

Did anyone ever tell you that you're a gourmet? You seem to make creative, delicious things every night.

I think Gourmand is the correct word

Tuna Casserole; Baby Blintzes; Broccoli/Cheese/Rice Casserole; Baked sole & mashed potatoes; Tuna Croquettes, and I'm not sure yet what to serve Erev Tisha B'Av.
