Fish a couple of nights, cheesey things a couple of nights. Leftovers a couple of nights . . .

excluding erev and motzi tisha b'av, where the menu will probably be a hearty potato soup, cottage cheese, cake, fruits & veggies, there are five parve /milchigse supper nights.
my main courses will probably be:
Eggplant parmigiana
Tuna patties
Tomato fish
Fish sticks
fried white fish or baked salmon
with the usual side dishs of potato, pasta or rice.
Entrees can be the same I use for fleishigs, since they are all parve.
