my main courses will probably be:
Eggplant parmigiana
Tuna patties
Tomato fish
Fish sticks
fried white fish or baked salmon
with the usual side dishs of potato, pasta or rice.
Entrees can be the same I use for fleishigs, since they are all parve.

veggie burger in a bun with grilled veggies
tuna melt with salad
