chicken soup with rice
whole wheat challah w/ dips
spinach kugel
bbq chicken
brownies with white chocolate chips and pecans which came out awesome

Mesculin salad w/ craisins and glazed walnuts
bought challah rolls
"I can't believe it's paerve" noodle kugel
roasted zucchini
chicken thighs marinated in italian dressing (never done this before, hope it's good)
white chocolate chip cookies

homemade challah I made at 6:00 a.m. this morning
gefilte fish
chicken with either corn flake or bread crumbs (to use up chometz)
squash kugel
yerushalmy kugel
deli roll
cake from bakery

Lunch is same just switch chulent for chicken

S"S tuna salad, hardboiled eggs, chips and salsa - probably

slight variations

tomato soup
rice with meat smoked turkey hotdogs (plov; instead of cholent)
gefilte fish
apple kugel didn't get to do it, so will have chocolate kolbasa from the freezer
p'tcha (store-bought) kishka (took me some time to find the chametz one)
salad

Tonight: Homemade challah, gef. fish, curried chicken with lime and cilantro, steamed asparagus and brown rice, don't know for dessert

Tomorrow: challah, fish and dips, cholent, cauliflower kugel that came out really good, big salad, homemade brownies with chocolate frosting, strawberries and pineapple

AND I only made half the package of chicken and I have a plan for the leftovers (make a salad with savoy cabbage and cashews)

Tonight: challah, potato bourekas with mushroom sauce, meatballs, rice, broccoli kugel, mandarin spinach salad, possibly carrot salad.
Tomorrow: challah, fish, rice, broccoli kugel, mandarin spinach salad, chulent, pesto chicken, possibly potato kugel.

Still deciding about dessert.Spiffy's banana cake.

How do you make 'mandarin spinach salad'

My pathetic menu is:
Friday night (no guests, and kids probably sleeping)
challah
fish
chicken soup
pastrami
banana cake

Shabbos lunch (3 adult guests, 2 add'l children, 1 of whom doesn't eat solids)
challah
fish
chulent
deli roll
shnitzel
spinach quiche/kugel
squash kugel
green salad with dressing
banana cake
fruity coffee cake (I forgot which flavor)
maybe some cut up fruit, if i remember.

meat borekas (Fri. seduah)
roasted potatoes (Fri. seduah)
Pasta Turkey chunks salad (Day seduah)
Carrot kugel
Salads spread over all 3 meals: egg, potatoes, pea, elbo pasta (for s"s and pre-shabbos snacking), Mango- Avocado-leafy salad.
If I have interesting things on the walls, no one will notice how dirty the floors are - right?

Sure, but I don't know what your guests would do. I guess you could leave them your yummy food.

The salad is baby spinach, chopped red onion, mandarin oranges, and slivered almonds. (red/yellow pepper if I'm in the mood) Dressing is oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard powder, lemon juice, and salt.

Question: Since your salad sounds good, I'd like to know if you're able to find pre-checked spinach in the stores, at this point?

What's in pea salad?
