Static guard on what? Your skirt or whatever you're wearing under it ?

underside of the skirt and legs.

My poor SO still thinks that a Batya is a what, and not a who.

Legs? Really?

I always wear a slip - cotton or polyester. I even wear a slip sometimes with a robe, if it's see through (the robe, not the slip, lol).

This is the long-sleeves under frilly cap-sleeved shirt look. The shirt need not be so frilly, a regular tailored short sleeved shirt with girly/puffy sleeves is what I see more often. (Disregard the frilly high neck. I must get rid of my one fancy button up shirt that has that.)

Can a button down shirt worn this way be tucked into a skirt, only if you're very thin, or is tucking in always a no-no? Sometimes these shirts that are more casual aren't cut to be worn out.

I'm totally nebby.
I prefer to think of it as "dressing like a rebbetzin".

And it has nothing to do with attractiveness or popularity any more, the word has been thoroughly misused.

From what I can tell, that look can be tucked in to the right skirt with the right belt even in super plus sizes. I would NOT wear that shirt tucked out.

It's the tucking and how that affects that whole look, not the shirt per se, that bothers me.

That's the look I'm thinking about. I need to get a pencil skirt, I only have a-line or pleated at the moment. I have the bodysuit/onesie/stretchie/leotard to make it all work.

Of course I believe in commas....
But semicolons serve NO purpose and should be eliminated from the lexicon IMMEDIATELY.... And they are ghey too....
