-Kishke- (parve)

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45-60 minutes

Ingredients:
1 box Tam Tam crackers (whichever flavor you like)
Oil (any kind)
2 carrots
1 large onion
3 stalks celery
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
In the food processor, grind up the box of crackers with the carrots, onion and celery. Add oil until it is the consistency of a heavy dough. Roll the mixture in aluminum foil in the shape of a long tube, 2 to 3 inches in diameter, no longer than 8 inches. Seal ends of foil tightly! Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or more (I think it took an hour, just unwrap and peek to see if it looks firm.) Turn occasionally to avoid burning.

are #15 and #33 duplicates?

not sure.
1) Can you please reference the posters so we can know whom you're speaking to?
2) It looks like they're both Broadway's, but one is for only broccoli and the one I posted is for both - should I delete mine or leave it? The amt of mayo and other stuff is also just a tad different?

-Rolled Apple Kugel- (Parve)

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20-25 miutes

Ingredients:
3 C flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 C oil
1 C water
3 apples
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 C hot water
1 C dark brown sugar

Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, oil, and water into a dough

Grate 3 apples, and mix with cinnamon.

Take dough (can do in more than 1 batch), spread, place apple filling inside, close, slice, and place in 9x13 pan. It will be messy, and it won't necessarily fill the whole pan, but the dough expands a lot, so don't worry.

Mix hot water and brown sugar. Pour over dough.
Bake at 425F 20-25 minutes.
