4 Tbsp fat-free margarine (I used 2 tablespoon low fat margarine and 2 tbspns applesauce
2 Tbsp cold water

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a pie pan.

I guess so. I was actually thinking that some desserts should probably go in here, but since I don't know much about the difference between a pastry and a dessert, not sure how to split it?

I have no idea. I have no clue about cooking or recipes nor any interest. My interest is merely organizational. I think the simplest thing is to delete the post, and paste it in the desserts thread. But note that the dessert recipes represent exactly 20% of all the recipes, so if there's a category that can be split based on size, that would be it.

most cookbooks have some sorta' sub-categories for desserts like: Cakes, Cookies/Bars, Pies, Fruit or similar.

Divide them up, and if there's a consensus to subcategorize desserts I'm happy to do try to do that in the Cookbook.

the problem is there's so many things that don't fit into any of those categories and im not sure where they belong?
