Tried it and it didn't work. He spit out tuna and refused to touch it.
The closest I got was putting a lot of herbs in the tuna. And I mean a LOT of dill, cilantro, parsley, etc.
If he eats tuna salad, try peeling a zucchini and dicing very finely, and adding that. Peeled zucchini is great for adding to lots of things, because it's virtually impossible to spot once it's been added.
