There is no "teleportation" as far as im aware. Kfitzat Haderech (lit: "shortening of the road") is mentioned quite a few places in the torah. When Eliezer went to get rivkah and bring her to marry yitzchak avinu, he made a 3-day journey in a couple of hours. Im sure there were a few tanaim who had kfitzas haderech as well, some where able to split rivers so they could cross, there was someone (raish lakish?) who could dance on his thumbs,
