Serenity to accept things we cannot change,
Courage to change the things we can, and the
Wisdom to know the difference
Patience for the things that take time
Appreciation for all that we have, and
Tolerance for those with different struggles
Freedom to live beyond the limitations of our past ways, the
Ability to feel your love for us and our love for each other and the
Strength to get up and try again even when we feel it is hopeless.

If a man stands in the middle of the forest speaking and there is no woman around to hear him, is he still wrong?

do we have to use the ramen noodles that have 16g of fat with 1510mg sodium per serving?
also, the restrictions (no desserts, no sweets, no dairy, no side dish, no substitutions, etc) are inhibiting the creative juices.
yeah.

You can make salad or soup. Making the ramen the main ingredient was to prevent people from making a whole salad and then throwing 2 or 3 ramen noddles on top and saying that you finished the challenge.I'm having trouble coming up with a dish where the noodles will be the MAIN ingredient. That means no salad or soup, right? Can I make a total pasta dish out of them? I've never used ramen before.

OK guys. this challenge is not as hard as you are making it out to be. if i said make spagetti and meatballs, it wouldn't be hard to make it as a non-dessert, non-sweet, non-dairy dish. you'd just make plain ol' spaghetti and meatballs. ramen is the same thing. i wouldn't even know what any of you would do make it dairy, or sweet, or a dessert. so how could that be stunting your creative juices? go out and by 2 packs of ramen, and make them according to some recipe you find online.
don't worry. with all the people involved in these challenges, you won't be hearing a challenge from me in a long time.

Omg, what! Really?
Yep. It was actually a great idea! I was complaining to a friend of mine that I had no idea what to do with ramen noodles, and she said, "make a kugel." I never make kugels (my husband makes potato and yerushalmi, but I've never made any at all), so I figured I'd try.
Recipe from a heimish-type cookbook:
12 oz noodles, cooked and drained
3/4 C sugar
1/4 C crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla sugar
1/4 C. oil
5 eggs
Mix, pour into 9x13 pan (I suggest using a small one, because the kugel would look nicer if it were higher). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, or until done.
